By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wipe Right Cleaning.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Wipe Right Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including:
- Deep Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, baseboards, inside appliances, and detailed attention to all areas of your home.
- Moveout Cleaning: Extensive cleaning services that include everything in Deep cleaning plus additional services such as inside cabinets, closets, drawers, wet wiping of surfaces, ceiling fans, blinds, and comprehensive preparation for move-out.
- Recurring Cleaning Services: Regularly scheduled cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) with consistent scheduling and the same trusted cleaner.
- Add-On Services: Additional services available for an extra fee, including oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, interior window cleaning, cabinet interior cleaning, blinds cleaning, ceiling fan cleaning, laundry services, dishwashing, and inside of closets (when not included in your service package).
Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Service Areas and Availability
Our services are available in designated service areas. We reserve the right to determine service availability based on location, scheduling capacity, and other factors. If we are unable to provide service in your area, we will notify you promptly.
4. Booking and Scheduling
4.1 Booking Process
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by contacting us directly.
- All bookings require accurate and complete information, including name, address, phone number, email, home size (square footage), service type, and any special requests.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
4.2 Recurring Services
- Recurring services are scheduled for the same day and time each visit, as agreed upon during booking.
- You will be assigned the same cleaner for consistency and familiarity with your home.
- You may modify or cancel your recurring service schedule with appropriate notice (see Cancellation section).
5. Pricing and Quotes
5.1 Pricing
- Pricing is based on factors including home size (square footage), service type, frequency, house condition, and any add-on services selected.
- All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Quotes provided are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual conditions and services provided.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for services that require additional time or effort beyond the standard scope.
5.2 Quotes
- Quotes are valid for a limited time as specified in the quote.
- Quotes may be delivered via SMS (with your consent), email, or phone call.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment through:
- Credit and debit cards (processed securely through Stripe)
- Other payment methods as may be specified on our website
6.2 Payment Timing
- Payment is typically due after service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For recurring services, payment may be processed after each service visit.
- We reserve the right to require payment before service in certain circumstances.
6.3 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe).
- You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for services rendered.
- If payment fails, we may suspend or cancel services until payment is resolved.
6.4 Refunds
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- If you are dissatisfied with service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible for a refund consideration.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
7.1 Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made by phone, email, or through our website.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
- No-show appointments (when our team arrives and cannot access the property) may be charged the full service price.
7.2 Our Right to Cancel
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If we cancel a service, we will attempt to reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund.
8. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Supply accurate and complete information when booking, including correct address, home size, and access instructions.
- Ensure Safe Access: Provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning.
- Notify of Hazards: Inform us of any hazards, fragile items, valuables, pets, or special considerations before service begins.
- Secure Valuables: Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before our team arrives.
- Provide Access: Ensure our team has necessary keys, codes, or access instructions, or arrange to be present during service.
- Clear Clutter: Remove excessive clutter (more than 60% of surfaces) to allow effective cleaning. We reserve the right to skip areas with excessive clutter.
- Pet Safety: Secure pets or inform us of their presence and any special handling requirements.
9. What We Do and Don't Do
9.1 Services Included
Our services include cleaning tasks as detailed in our service checklists, which are available on our website. Specific inclusions vary by service type (Deep Cleaning vs. Moveout Cleaning).
9.2 Services Excluded
We do not provide the following services:
- Moving heavy furniture
- Cleaning pet waste
- Handling valuables or personal items
- Cleaning biohazards or hazardous materials
- Cleaning areas with more than 60% clutter
- Exterior window cleaning (unless specified as an add-on)
- Deep carpet cleaning or steam cleaning (unless specified)
- Pest control or extermination services
10. Service Guarantee
- We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services that meet your expectations.
- If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, which may include returning to re-clean specific areas at no additional charge.
- Our guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, damage caused by client-provided incorrect information, or issues beyond our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.
- By booking a service with Wipe Right Cleaning, you agree that the company, its employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for minor damages, imperfections, or incidental issues resulting from standard cleaning practices.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wipe Right Cleaning's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Items not reported as fragile or valuable
- Damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
- Damage to items that were not properly secured or removed as recommended
- Damage caused by pets or other factors beyond our control
- If you believe damage has occurred, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to provide written notice within this timeframe waives any claim for damages.
- We are fully insured, and our insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of our insurance policies.
12. Insurance
Wipe Right Cleaning maintains general liability insurance as required by law. However, our insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of our insurance policies. We recommend that you maintain your own homeowner's or renter's insurance to cover your property and belongings.
13. Property Access and Security
- You are responsible for providing safe and secure access to your property.
- If you provide keys, codes, or access instructions, you are responsible for their security and accuracy.
- We are not responsible for security issues arising from access methods you provide.
- If you are not present during service, you authorize our team to access the property using the methods you have provided.
- We recommend changing access codes or rekeying locks if you have concerns about security after service.
14. Communication
- We may communicate with you via phone, email, SMS (with your consent), or through our website.
- By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive service-related messages, including confirmations, reminders, and quotes.
- You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.
- Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wipe Right Cleaning or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
16. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Harass, abuse, or harm our employees or contractors
- Use our Services to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, or other force majeure events.
18. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make good faith efforts to address your concerns.
18.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wipe Right Cleaning regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
21. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Effective Date"
- Sending you an email notification (if you have provided an email address)
- Displaying a notice on our website
Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.
22. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Wipe Right Cleaning.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
