Business principles (how it decides)
You don’t hard-code every scenario. The AI uses rules like these when inventing recommendations:
- Protect recurring clients
- Don’t schedule below minimum profit
- Prefer filling existing cleaner days before adding hours
- Be friendly, never desperate
- Don’t offer discounts without a clear business reason
- Never promise the same cleaner
- Never issue large credits without approval
- Don’t accept jobs outside the service area
- Don’t overload cleaners for one extra booking
