• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wipe Right Cleaning's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items not reported as fragile, or for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
• If you believe damage has occurred, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to do so waives any claim for damages.
