Client

Send to (phone number) If empty and a client is selected, sends to that client’s number.

Leads in the last 7 days (based on when the quote was submitted). Once a quote is submitted, the timer starts and the first message is sent immediately. No contact = we haven’t contacted them yet. Message 1–8 = we’ve sent that many outbound messages and they haven’t replied.

Send lead messages

Only include leads from Leads before this date won’t appear here and won’t get automessaged (e.g. set 26 Feb to exclude older leads).

Available dates for leads

Dates are found automatically from each lead’s home size (sqft) using the same slots as Smart Booking. Click "Refresh dates by home size" to update. Used in Message 2 and Follow-Up #1/#2.

Fallback dates (no sqft or no slots) Only used when a lead has no square footage or Smart Booking returns no slots. Format: "Day, Mon DD at H:00 AM/PM".

Jobs by date. Employee circles: grey = not checked in, red = did not check in (start time past), orange = checked in and cleaning, green = checked in and out. Status: Cleaning… / Not begun yet / Send payment link / Paid via [method].
