Two AIs: the scheduler (this tab) picks timing; the AI Chatbot writes and sends the SMS when due. When openings exist, follow-ups list live availability from the calendar — not dates from earlier messages in the thread. The scheduler skips clients who booked, opted out, replied, or clearly ended the conversation.
